Yarn Bombing on Street

Tricot Pirate
2010
Montreal

It started out as an attempt to protect trees from a certain parasite, and turned into a famous public art movement. Tricot Pirate has her own blog where she documents and organizes Yarn Bombing events and art works found all over.

  • How does it change the atmosphere?
  • Do you think there needs to be more public art in cities? Why?
